Japan Airlines is the flag carrier airline of Japan. Their headquarter is in Shinagawa, Tokyo, Japan, and its main hubs are Tokyo’s Narita International Airport and Tokyo International Airport (Haneda Airport), as well as Osaka’s Kansai International Airport and Osaka International Airport. On domestic flights, the airline allows carry onboard one hand-bag containing personal belongings (handbag, camera, etc.) and one additional bag with dimensions (Boeing aircraft with seats above 100 have dimensions of 40 x 25 x 55 cm and other aircraft under the capacity of 100 people have dimensions 45 x 35 x 20 cm) and with the total weight of both bags not to exceed 10kg (22lbs). One checked baggage of up to 20 kg has all passengers free of charge.
For international flights, the airline allows to take on board one hand-bag containing personal belongings (handbag, camera, etc.) and one additional bag with dimensions of 40 x 25 x 55 cm and with the total weight of both bags not to exceed 10kg (22lbs) . In addition, you can take up to two checked baggage with a total size of up to 203cm and the weight of each luggage of 23kg.
On domestic lines and shorter flights you will get a small snack for free. Hot meal and hot and cold drinks as well as wine or beer are served on international routes.
